Quantum Model of Creating
By using the quantum model of creating, we combine emotion, thought, surrender, and the energy of gratitude to create our destiny. This can be obtained when we work from a Quantum Model of Creating and being in the present moment. Quantum physics has come a long way.
Survival or Creation Mode
Our repetitive thoughts (our past experiences) continue to create the same behaviors, experiences, and emotions that are stored in our bodies. When we are continuously in flight or fight mode, these neural loops and brain connections are wired and fired together. When we are living from a negative past perspective, or out in the future we are usually in survival mode. We are either in survival or we can choose to be in the present; in the mode of creation.
Chemicals and hormones are released from the brain to the body, turning on specific aspects of our genes. There are about 3000 aspects of every 2600+ genes. Genes turn on and off depending on what hormones are sent to our bodies. When you use the same genes over and over they wear out, shortening the telomeres on the end of your chromosomes. You can not be in both modes at the same time. Our bodies were designed for short term stress. The ‘stress response’ is what our bodies do to return itself back to order; back to homeostasis. No organism in nature can tolerate living in emergency mode for a long period of time. Humans have the same autonomic nervous system as animals that are coordinating the bodily functions.
Cause, Effect and Energy Fields Waiting for something to happen to change the way you feel inside is the Newtonian model of reality; using our 5 senses to detect reality by focusing our attention on the external world. These hormones cause us to try to force outcomes and try to make things happen. That is matter trying to change matter. The flight or fight hormones of Adrenaline and Cortisol and other neurotransmitters that cause us to feel more like matter and less like energy.
Energy Fields and Energy Centers
We draw light (information) from, (what is invisible for most) our Energy Fields that surround our body. This energy field has been scientifically proven to be around us. We have been taking photos of our energy fields since the 70’s called Kirlian Photography. Back in the 90’s, I had my photo taken, and the colors of gold and purple were emitting from my body and energy field. Science is much more up to date now with proven research of computerized data with photos of our energy centers and energy fields, as well as brain wave graphs showing us the state of consciousness during normal, stress, diseased bodies, and elevated states of awareness. Great gratitude goes out to folks such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, who have scientifically documented on thousands of people to show how our brains work in different states of consciousness. We can now show through neuroscience how our brains work in conjunction with our energy centers and energy fields. As an Energy Medicine Specialist, facilitator of healing and life guide, this is the moment I and others have been waiting for! I hold immense gratitude.
Our energy field is our vital life force field, which becomes chemistry in our bodies. Our energy centers govern our organs. While in flight or fight mode, our energy field around our bodies shrinks. Science can now accurately measure this. A person becomes more matter and less energy; more particle and less wave. The body no longer emits light (information) into the Energy Field.
When we have short term stress, our bodies recover over a short period of time and we return back to homeostasis where we then rebuild the Energy Field again.
Take a moment to view your continuous thought patterns. You know, the ones you go back to when you tell people why you are the way you are. Over and over. All of your “stories”. You know what your negative stories are. They stick out like sore thumbs! We tap out our energy resources in this negative mode, and our bodies will eventually break down. We end up trying to become matter trying to change matter to change our lives. This can take eons!
Matter Trying to Change Matter is when we try to force the outcomes. When we push for it, try to predict it, manipulate and try to control it. When the chemicals of stress heighten the brain-body into an aroused state of awareness, and when we are defining reality only with our 5 senses, we become selfish and materialistic as we try to take care of ourselves. We think if we can’t see it, smell it, taste it or feel it then it does not exist.
Flight, Fight or Freeze!
One time out camping, I snuggled in my tent on my queen size blow up bed ready to fall deeply asleep, mostly due to the mass consumption of food and adult beverages consumed throughout the evening. In the middle of the night, I awoke needing to go to the bathroom. You know how it can be when sometimes you don’t want to retreat from your warm bed, and you wait until you REALLY have to go. Well, I did just that. Finally, I flipped off the covers, and as I sat up ready to unzip my tent there was a very, very long guttural growl that cruised past the front of my tent. What happened next was absolutely amazing to me to observe. All of a sudden, a huge amount of adrenaline shot through my body. I no longer needed to pee what so ever, and I can tell you I was grateful for that, otherwise, I would have peed my pants! All of my senses were extremely heightened. My awareness was peaked!
Now, one may think that is what should have happened; (peeing my pants!) but no, my body went directly into flight or fight…or in this case, hide mode! I waited and waited and listened to this mountain lion prowling the camp for about 20 minutes until it was far enough away. Then all of a sudden, boy did I need to get outside to pee! Mind you I did not go far from the tent.
We have an amazing amount of stress in our current world where all platforms and structures are dismantling. When we are under stress, and those chemicals/hormones are activated and sent to our bodies, we narrow our focus on objects and matter; on our environment and what we need to know to survive; on the particle. We are not interested in longer-term projects like becoming pregnant or even what we are planning for tomorrow. We are only thinking about survival. and we do what we feel we need to do to cope, be it alcohol, drugs, or big pharma.
In our daily life that is filled with stress, this means we focus on people and things in our external environment. Over time as a materialist functioning as matter, one is less likely to create in this state of being. WHY would you want to close your eyes and focus inside if there was a predator out there waiting to get you? We do not want to go “within” and change our internal state of being when we feel unsafe.
Emotional Addictions
The more addicted to the emotions of stress the more you believe you are your body; reaffirming the nature of the body in survival mode. Its a loop perpetuating itself! People in stress spend the majority of their life in combinations of anger, aggression, hatred, frustration, prejudiced, control competition, judgment, guilt, shame, victimization, unworthiness, depression, anxiety, fear and sadness, all of which are created by our thoughts and emotions that deliver to the body the hormones of stress.
These are not normal states of consciousness. Those are actually the Altered States of Consciousness. When we are in peaceful meditation, this is actually our true state of being.
If your point of attention is on matter, (and all energy follows your point of attention), your attention will be on objects, things, and people. Unbeknown to them, these people are enslaved in the 3rd-dimensional reality; matter living in matter and caught up in the illusion of living in the dream. Where you place your attention point is where your energy follows.
When we have a feeling in our body it controls the mind. The body then becomes the mind. Fear is an excellent example of this. You make choices out of how you feel in your body. It is a learned response. It then controls your destiny.
The quantum model is beyond our senses. When we can emotionally embrace before its manifested into our environment, we are convincing our body it’s already occurred. We can put our brains and bodies in the future with conscious intentional thought and elevated emotion.
Our minds do not know the difference to what is real and what is not real. Our minds only know what we tell it. Coupled with our thought and feeling, when we give thanks before events ever manifest into our lives; this allows what we are creating to come in. Everything comes right to you!
Gratitude is a very important step in the creative process.
Gratitude is the ultimate state of receiving. When you are grateful its because it already happened. When you do this work, combining intentional and focus thought, with elevated emotion, let it out to the universe, who loves you dearly and sends back what you ask, (Universal Law of Attraction) and then feel Gratitude to receive, the mind then thinks it has already happened and begins to act accordingly with that intention. Clear intention and elevated emotion and gratitude signal the gene as if it’s already occurred. The mind does not know what is real or imagined. For example, when you watch a horror movie and the body reacts, you are holding the emotion which triggers hormones, which turn on specific genes. The mind only knows what you tell it. We can think about the past or the future (unlike animals) so we can turn on this “stress factor” by thought alone. What this means is that our thought can literally create illness or Dis-Ease. So how long are you holding a specific emotion? Emotions are not ‘bad’. It depends on how long we hold on to negative emotions. However, when we can’t let go of an emotion that means we must be addicted to that emotion, and addicted to the chemicals that are relayed to the body. An addiction is something you can’t easily stop. This is why change is so challenging.
Creating Health and Wellness
On the other side of the coin, if thought creates, we can then also create health, balance and well being. When we no longer live in the past or the present we can then experience something new, instead of staying in the Neural Loops, over and over. Our frontal lobes in our brain is 40% of our brain and is what differentiates us as humans from the rest of life. By focusing on our frontal lobe we can reconnect the regions of our brains. We can do this by pointing our awareness and attention here during meditation. Have you ever noticed that when you are in the present moment how fast time goes? When we are present in the moment with what we’re doing that we seem to lose track of time. We no longer point our attention to the people we need to see or what is on our list of ‘to do’s’.
When we are present we are in a creative state of being and have the potential to experience pure consciousness. And it will all be New, not something you already know from the past. When we connect our minds with our hearts, we can feel the joy in life; the miracle of this amazing world.
It’s an amazing and powerful moment that connects you to what is becoming known as the Unified Quantum Field. However, you can not take your lower vibrational thoughts and feelings here. They will not fit. You simply fall out of a higher dimension.
Clearing Lower Vibrational Emotions in the Body
Moving the old lower vibrational emotions out of the body is essential to create new neural pathways and circuits in the brain, allowing the brain to reorganize, connect and synthesize. When we connect to the quantum field this creates our energy field to expand; and we receive light (information) and become more wave than matter, more energy than the particle. The result is feeling blessed, happy and connected with something greater than one’s self and feelings of unlimited potentials now exist. After all, how many potentials are there? You guessed it…Unlimited Potentials!
We can feel empowered, happy, grounded, ingenious, patient, powerful, regal, abundant, adventurous, appreciative, courageous, confident and creative and complete all in the vibrational energy of love. These are just a few of the energies that change our destiny. This takes inner work. It takes practice. You did not create your patterns overnight.
The bottom line is: Change your thoughts and emotions that are not serving you. Meditate every morning to start your day and every evening before sleeping. It is a choice in every present moment. Open your heart. Focus on new possibility. We innately know how to do this!
The Quantum Model of Creating Your Reality Works!
To promote this change is to be greater than the body and time, and the patterns that you have already created. Creating is NEW! Expect to be surprised. If you practice using the Quantum Model of Creating with new learning, practicing and creating every day, you will be creating a new personality that creates your new reality. The quantum field only responds to WHO you are being in each and every present moment.
