Your Thoughts May Not Be Your Own

If you are in any kind of circle that is in the new energy perspective, or talking about the new shift, you have also then probably have had or have overheard a conversation talking about how all things are connected.

Another word that you may have heard is empathy, or to be  empathic. What exactly is being empathic mean?

Empathy is the ability to know and understand people and be in tune with or resonate with others voluntarily or involuntarily on ones own empath capacity.

Empaths have the ability to scan anothers psyche for thoughts and feelings. Most folks don’t know that they are empathic. They may think of themselves as a sensitive person.

So, when we put these two things together,(all things being connected and being empathic) what this means, is that we all have the capability to be empathic, simply because we are all connected. How many times have you heard in your mind what your wife/husband spoke before they said it? I am sure that you can come up with many different examples.

It is actually very common the hear others thoughts, thinking that they are your own. It can be very hard to differentiate. Thoughts can be very subtle.

I can remember when I was in my early 20’s, working at a steak house, and I was up in the front of the building with a country song playing in my head, that I did not even know! It felt really crazy. As I walked back into the kitchen, another wait staff was singing the song, softly. There was no way that I could have heard. After that I started noticing other thoughts and feelings that were not mine.

So, this goes for feelings and thoughts. If you are feeling sadness, grief, anger, you may want to ask if it is yours. It is very easy to let go of feelings that are not your own. Simply take a big breath in through your nose and as you release out of your mouth, hold the intention to release the feeling. It will dissipate easily if it is not yours. And, if it is yours, you have some work to do.

There is so much going on today, with the economy, earth disasters and the stress in peoples lives planet wide, that it is no surprise that we may feel these types of feelings from others.

When I am doing a healing session, I always feel what my client is feeling and thinking. It is a positive way for me to help them discover what is going on, and how I can assist in their healing process. Most of these thoughts and feelings are held in the energy field, which makes if very assessable.

I feel that often people that call themselves physics are reading their clients energy fields, and not getting information from spirit or a guide.  It is important to understand that there is a big difference in the information.

One of the ways to tell if your guides are speaking to you is that they will never speak derogatorily.  It is very different than reading thought form in someones field.

Okay! So pay attention to your thoughts, after all, your thoughts are part of how you bring things to you, and how you create what you want in your life.

Let go of what is not yours and send the light and love to yourself and out to others so they may use if if they so choose.
